The Minds Behind the Build

Adriana Graell is the CEO and Co-Owner of Adréll Builds, and the visionary behind Windows & More Solutions, one of South Florida’s most trusted sources for premium window systems and high-end remodeling. With over a decade of experience working directly with homeowners, designers, and developers, she’s earned a reputation for precision, transparency, and high-impact execution.

Her rare combination of technical expertise and construction fluency makes her a sought-after collaborator for everything from bespoke builds to large-scale renovations. As CEO, she leads with clarity and rigor, ensuring every project moves with structure, integrity and intention.

Ejei Opoku , Chief Design Officer (CDO) and Co-Owner at Adréll, guides the aesthetic, design strategy and spatial direction of each project. With a background in real estate strategy, interior and exterior design, and experiential development, he ensures every space is both lived-in and elevated, down to the flow, finishes, and feel.

From spatial planning to design vision, Ejei brings a layered sensibility that shapes how Adréll builds, from the way light moves through a home to how every element works in conversation. Together, Adriana and Ejei fuse construction and creativity to deliver projects that are not only well built, but deeply considered.
